Ours is a government for the people and by the people - or at least that is the way it is supposed to be! We urge you to participate in the political process by keeping informed of the important issues, separating the "facts" from the "spin", and by contacting your elected officials and let them know how you feel about these issues. Emails are easy to deliver using the email forms on the Representative's website. Faxes and calls are also good. The offices of your Representatives log all mail, calls, emails and faxes so your voice does make a difference! It is estimated that one contact from a constituent represents about 4000 voters, enough to swing an election, so your call does make a difference, our Representatives will listen! |
